Can I add something to my order?

You can add something to your order only if it has not shipped yet. 

Can I combine my orders?

No once an order has been submitted it is sent directly to our warehouse for fulfillment.

How can I find out if you already have my FFL dealer on file?

E2 Armory is an online retail company allowing people to shop with comfort from wherever they are.

How can I find out what FFL dealers out already have on file in my area?

Please consult our FFL dealer locator which allows you to filter for those that we have on file.

How do I know if a firearm or magazine capacity is compliant in my state?

Every state has laws and regulations on different firearms. Before placing an order for a firearm, please contact your local FFL dealer to ensure that the firearm you would like to order is compliant in your state.

Can you add my FFL dealer to your website?

Yes, but we will need to get a copy of their FFL.

What if my order was not delivered to my FFL dealer and returned to E2 Armory?

Please call customer service.

Do you have a system that will notify me when this item comes back in stock?

Yes, but only if you sign up for emails when an item is out of stock.

Can I order out of stock items and you send it once it comes in?

No, out of stock items cannot be ordered/back ordered.

What is your cancellation/refund policy?

All sales are FINAL and the Company will not accept any returns, exchanges, and/or refunds. You authorize the Company to charge the Restocking Fee to the debit or credit card used to place the order in the event of any debit or credit card chargeback on cancelled orders

Do you offer military or Law Enforcement discounts?

We do offer a military discount to those who qualify. Before placing an order, please contact customer service for the discount code.

What if there are items missing from my order?

If I am having issues with my purchase once assembled, how long do I have to send it back for you to inspect it?

You have 60 days to contact customer service and return your order.

For security purposes no we do not allow you to save your credit information for future purchases.
