Jesse Kriesel –
I just received this E2 nitride BCG it looks decent overall but the bolt only had two gas rings installed. Of the seven BCGs and two spare bolts I have, this is the only one that showed up with two gas rings installed. It didn’t exceed my expectations.

Excellent product all the way around. Staking is perfect. Gas rings positioned correctly. Go-No Go head spaced without issue.
Used in a brand new .223/556 AR 7″ pistol setup. Full Break in took about 30 rounds, now with 500 rounds and no problems what so ever.
Shipping time was 7 days from order to arrival.
Thank you e2 for a nice product at a great price.

Recently I received this product and it looked pretty good overall. However upon further inspection, there was a slight issue. After some communication they resolved the issue without question. The resolution ”exceeded my expectations” and it is customer service like this that earns respect and consideration for further purchases. Once I get a chance to test it out, i’ll swing back by and let you know how it performed.

At first I was skeptical about the quality of this BCG, a little confused with the price too. I was thinking there is no way this is legit. I ordered one and let me tell you I was honestly surprised. I have put a lot of rounds into my AR and I haven’t experienced any issues with it at all. I strongly recommend E2 as a company and this product as a BCG.

Great price, and quick shipping. I purchased this BCG for my 7.5” 300 blackout pistol build. I haven’t had time to get to the range due to the ammo shortage but I will post my full review once I can.

I bought 4, they were individually packaged in some type of shrink wrap. Staking looks very good. Bolt is marked HPT/MPI on all and no E2 logo or any other markings. 100% nitride finish on bolt/carrier/gas key. Gas ring tension is excellent, all rings present. Only 1 sticker came in the box.

Ordered 2, received fairly quickly, well packed. Nice nitride finish, staking looks good, very smooth finish. they look flawless, and run great.

This is my second BCG I’ve ordered from E2. The first was for my 300 blackout pistol build and it’s been flawless thus far, and this latest one is for a 5.56 rifle build for my wife. Great price, and these BCG’s work well. I’ll probably order another, as a spare just in case something happens down the road…

First don’t pay for expedited shipping paid for 2 day still took 7 to receive it. Not going to blame E2 for that ups has really sucked lately.
Bolt was processed in 24 hrs
Coating is flawless and for those of you who care about these items it was there nice etch job and a sticker was included
Let’s talk about function
Broke it in with 30 rounds then ran my slide fire for 120 rounds
Then sighted in my new optic and keyholed 30 rounds on top of each other
This thing preformed just as good as any other BCG I have ever bought and it’s made in the USA I like it you’ve earned a life long customer can’t wait for your uppers and lowers to come back in stock I seriously wanna put them to the test I have high hopes

The good: It works. The gas key is staked correctly. It’s the cheapest BCG on the market. It’s probably priced appropriately. The bad: I rolled the dice on this for an 11.5″ truck gun build. The first thing I noticed was that the nitride finish had 2 faint bald spots on the bottom of the bolt carrier body. It wasn’t a big concern initially as it wasn’t on a wear point. The next thing I noticed was very prominent tool chattering along the bolt carrier. Took the group apart and the bolt, extractor and firing pin look GTG. Dropped it into my new toy and hit the range. Pulling back on the charging handle made an annoying grinding/whirring sound, very much like the DJ record scratching they did in the 90’s. Put a little over 100 rounds through the gun to start breaking it in. The first and second magazines fed flawlessly, the third and last had 4 failures to feed. I started diagnosing the problem and ruled out the gas system, buffer spring, and buffer weight. Switched out the BCG with a blem Toolcraft. Gun ran fine. Switched back to this BCG and the gun ran fine again. Turned out to be an ammo problem with corroded and old ammunition. Still, I inspected this BCG more carefully and found that both the top and bottom rails have even worse chatter than the rest of the carrier body. That’s what caused the noise. The nitride finish had also worn completely off parts of the rails in contact with the upper receiver. I worry that the roughness of these rails will wear the anodizing off my upper receiver. The good thing about the poor nitriding was that I could run a polishing mandrill over it on my drill press (at the lowest setting, going very slow) and it smoothed out the rails. Put it in the parkerizing tank for my hunting rifles, and now the rails have a decent phosphate finish. However now I don’t know how that affected the tolerance between the carrier and the upper receiver. It seems to be okay.
Bottom line is this BCG will work for you if you are a halfway decent “bubba” gunsmith. Kind of a fun little project really. After some work, it will suffice for my truck gun. At the price of $64 vs. a $99 toolcraft blem elsewhere, I feel it’s worth it if you have the time and tools to fix it up. I wouldn’t use it for a precision rifle, but for a standard carbine, SBR, or pistol, it could work. Otherwise cough up the extra dough for a Toolcraft. I may have received a lemon, but my complaints seem pretty consistent looking at the reviews. My advice for the company is to fix your machines and send your QC manager to the optometrist.

BCG was vacuumed sealed in the box. Looked pretty good for a $64 complete BCG. I shot 40 rounds through my 10.5 inch AR15 pistol and it worked flawlessly. No issues at all.

James Carmack –
This is my first time doing business with this company and the bolt carrier group is very good quality and I am putting it through the works and it is preforming perfectly
Benjamin Pineda –
This bolt carrier group looks great, I just finished installing it in my new build but haven’t yet taken it to the range. I’ve seen many good reviews out there online regarding this particular BCG so I hope it will work great. As far as the ordering, the website is easy to navigate, delivery is fast and customer support is just wonderful.

Haven’t had a chance to run this BCG however for the price I am very impressed with the quality and don’t see anything that I feel will cause issues in performance. Nice nitride finish with minimal tool marks. E2 logo is a nice touch! Will see how it holds up long term. Packaged extremely well in stretch wrap and a foam lined box. Fast shipping. Great customer service with notifications of order status. E2 Armory has been added to my short list for future build needs.
